Kinorama is made by a very small team. Write to us at the address at the top of this page: we usually answer within a few days, in French, English or Spanish. For a problem, mention your iPhone model, the iOS version and, if possible, a screenshot.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to play?

No. Kinorama plays without an account, and your progress stays on your iPhone from the very first launch. An optional account only serves to back up your personal list and your language.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile, then Account, then Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and final, data included.

On which devices?

iPhone, with iOS 17 or later. There is no iPad, Android or web version for now.

In which languages?

French, English and Spanish. The language is chosen at first launch and can be changed later in Profile.

An error in a question?

Write to us with the film or person concerned and what looks wrong. The data comes from The Movie Database and Wikidata: we fix it on our side and report the error upstream when possible.

When does the app come out?

Coming to the App Store. Leave your address on the home page to be notified on launch day.
